About Us

Hewett Homes is a Vancouver-owned and operated Real Estate Brokerage. Adrienne Hewett, Managing Broker of Hewett Homes, has 28 years of combined experience in Real Estate Sales, Business and Finance Management, Rental Property Management and Property Maintenance. She is facilitating opportunities to clients and customers to take back economic control and affordability of our Vancouver rental and sales markets by providing locals with stable, new solutions at home. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Adrienne has taken her previous personal and business experience and created a well-needed program to support our local retirees and seniors.

Hewett Homes’ business model is a bit different from what we currently know.  In addition to typical real estate brokerage services we are pioneering new programs and services to meet our changing environment.  As we are all aware, our local real estate housing affordability is in crisis.  The “Vancouver model” needs to be viewed as unacceptable by residents, who are currently being pushed out of our communities, with nowhere to turn for help or solutions.  Someone needs to do something.

There is no “one fix” to affordability. Hewett Homes was developed with the addition of new proprietary strategies that may help locals gain independent financial success by increasing their ability to participate in the markets, making an investment for our children and generations to come.

Please look into our different programs to find a solution for your family. Maybe your next home will be a Hewett Home.

Adrienne first obtained her Real Estate Salesman’s and Sub Mortgage Brokers license in 1993 and was hired and trained by NRS Realty. She moved to Sutton Group in the mid 90’s where she received an Award of Achievement and was recognized as one of the top in Greater Vancouver.  As the market fell later in the 90’s, she left the North Shore and then shortly after left the industry to marry and support her family. Upon return to the labour force, she worked in many areas of government and finance management until re-entering the private housing industry in 2009.  She has had much adversity over her years and continued to push forward and returned to UBC Sauder School of Business in 2016.  She has worked exceptionally hard to balance her studies and employment all while sole parenting her now teenage daughter.  She holds her Managing Brokers license, Real Estate Trading license, Rental Property Management license and is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. Her success has brought her to her next goal; launching her own Brokerage, Hewett Homes.  She expresses her deep thanks to those that have supported her through her journey and is grateful and blessed by those who are surrounding her now as she moves forward with the knowledge she too, can help others in her community.  North Shore residents can rebuild our economic strength and stay at home on the North Shore.

“Where are our children going to live? How will it be possible to retire if we leave the house to the kids? Pay it forward, invest locally, while helping other locals you’re helping yourself. It is amazing what a community can do when we pull together.”
